Size range: 1" to 10"; set pressure range: 15 psig to 6250 psig;
Temperature range: -40°F to 505°F;
Allows for higher operating pressures, with a starting pressure as low as 98%;
Allows for higher back pressure;
A dual-outlet design is available, which can increase the discharge capacity and eliminate the impact of backpressure from emissions.
When the valve is in the closed position, there is no leakage and no environmental pollution.
The reseating differential pressure can be safely adjusted via external components on the valve body.
The design pressure and valve flap lift are unaffected by backpressure.
The safety valve is unaffected by system resonance and can operate normally and continuously, regardless of the phase state of the medium.
The safety valve will not frequently trip due to the poor condition of the import pipeline.
