2025 – Shanghai EK Outdoor Team-Building Trip
2025-04-17
“United” as one, “build” brilliance.
Team building
The spring sunlight filters through the treetops, warm and bright—perfect timing for team-building activities. In this season when all things are coming back to life, Shanghai EK organized a unique icebreaker team-building event aimed at strengthening team cohesion and fostering better communication and collaboration among colleagues.
Team-building activities are an essential component of modern corporate culture, and group competitions are an indispensable part of team building. Everyone comes up with team names, devises slogans, and arranges formations that highlight their group’s unique meaning. Even before the competition has begun, the atmosphere is already brimming with intense rivalry.
How could team-building activities be complete without challenging competitions? In traditional work environments, we often find ourselves confined to our own roles and teams, lacking opportunities for interaction with other departments. However, through team-building games, we can transcend functional boundaries and deepen our mutual understanding. Such interactions not only help foster positive working relationships but also facilitate the flow of information and enhance overall work efficiency.

What’s particularly noteworthy about this team-building activity is that, unlike previous ones, this time everyone had to roll up their sleeves and cook for themselves. The two groups had clearly defined roles: washing vegetables, chopping ingredients, cooking, and plating dishes. Everyone showcased their culinary skills, and as each delicious dish was brought to the table, everyone felt a deep sense of accomplishment. Food made with your own hands just tastes even better!
Team-building is not just a simple activity—it’s also an important way to boost team spirit and enhance our sense of collaboration. In our future work, let’s continue to move forward hand in hand through such initiatives and together create an even brighter tomorrow!
