Zen Mind Reflects the Year’s End, Wisdom Shapes the Future

2025-01-05

As the year draws to a close and the new year approaches, Shanghai EK Co., Ltd. held a special year-end review meeting. Unlike in previous years, following the conclusion of the meeting, the company organized a mindfulness and meditation retreat designed to nurture both body and mind, with the hope that this practice would foster profound inner cultivation and personal growth for all participants.

Zen Meditation Journey

Anxiety and confusion are feelings we may all experience in life and at work. So try learning to let go—quiet your mind, clear your thoughts, relax your body, and discover a new version of yourself.

The 2024 year-end summary meeting has concluded successfully. Over the past year, we have reviewed our performance, reflected on our experiences, consolidated our gains, and mapped out our plans. In 2025, we will undoubtedly build up our strength and set off anew!

Keep it up in the future!
