2016 EK Annual Conference—Nader Runze Garden, Xixi Wetland, Hangzhou

On January 22, 2016, the annual meeting of Shanghai Ek Controls Co., Ltd. was held at Nadurunze Garden in Xixi Wetland, Hangzhou. That morning, everyone freely explored the beautiful city of Hangzhou amidst heavy snowfall.

At precisely 1:30 p.m. after the meal, the 2015 annual work summary meeting was held. During the meeting, the company’s overall sales performance over the past 15 years was discussed, and General Manager Lan delivered a comprehensive summary of the company’s work in 2015. Outstanding individuals were recognized and commended for their exceptional contributions. The meeting also provided a forward-looking perspective on the company’s bright future. In addition, each employee conducted a personal summary and self-assessment of their work during the 15th year.

After the meeting, everyone actively participated in decorating the annual conference venue, demonstrating the company’s unity and cohesion.

After setting up the venue, everyone enjoyed a hearty and delicious dinner together.

The company’s 16th annual meeting then began. To begin, General Lan and our special guest, little Beibei, kicked off the event with the classic song “Tomorrow Will Be Better,” a song that embodies everyone’s hopes for the future!

Afterward, we punished the classmates who were late, and they all eagerly performed their signature songs.

Feeling the anticipation in everyone’s hearts, the manager then directly drew the two winners of this year’s third prize: ALLAN and GRACE! They then performed the act “Zhu Bajie Carrying His Wife.”

To prevent everyone from getting too hyped up about the grand prize and potentially derailing the annual meeting, General Lan decisively drew this year’s second-place winner: MANDY—and the first-place winner: TERRY! They followed suit by performing the act that had won the third-place prize. Fortunately, TERRY added his signature routine—the pole dance!

Immediately afterward, everyone started a little game of grabbing the bench, and everyone had a great time grabbing it.

After the bench-clearing competition concluded and we moved on to the awards ceremony, General Manager Lan presented trophies and carefully prepared small gifts—designed to enhance the employees’ personal charisma—to those employees who had performed exceptionally well.
