The Joy of Picking—EK’s Autumn Team Building Event 2018

2019-04-15

Autumn is destined to be a season of harvest—and only by immersing ourselves in nature can we truly savor the essence of this beautiful season. As autumn gracefully arrives, how could we possibly resist taking a delightful “tour” through this refreshing and enchanting time? That’s why the entire EK team has come together today on the picturesque Changxing Island for a team-building activity.

I hurried to Changxing Island and arrived at noon. Entering the distinctive Qianwei 1966, I experienced the red-colored atmosphere of those who had been sent down to the countryside back then.

Next, we headed to the bountiful orange grove to pick oranges. As everyone picked and tasted them at the same time, we soon collected several large boxes of oranges.

This team activity not only allowed everyone to experience the joy of picking fruits but also further strengthened our team’s spirit of mutual help and cooperation. In the end, after several hours of “hard work” by all of us, we wrapped up this team-building event with abundant harvests in hand.
