Changing your destiny must start from the depths of your heart.

Recently, Shanghai EK successfully held a training session on employee engagement, as well as on destiny and life. The training was divided into two parts: an engagement workshop and an interpretation of the "Four Lessons of Li Fan."

We’ve come to understand that engagement is, in essence, a state of active participation infused with both emotional commitment and intellectual dedication. Enhancing employee engagement, therefore, essentially means boosting their sense of belonging, pride, identity, and involvement. A strong sense of belonging primarily stems from fostering a positive and supportive work environment; a sense of identity is nurtured through leaders’ encouragement and by setting an exemplary personal example; a sense of pride is cultivated by aligning organizational goals with individual actions; and a sense of involvement is heightened through the influence wielded by leaders. The training sessions are interspersed with team-building activities, various scenarios, and interactive exercises. Teacher Chunjuan’s vivid, engaging, and humorous teaching style makes the training process both enjoyable and far from tedious—every participant is fully immersed and deeply engaged. And immerse yourself in tranquility.

From the “Four Paths” of growth, we’ve come to understand that life unfolds step by step—from “ignorance” to “awareness,” from “cognition” to “knowledge.” We’ve also learned that a person’s energy level can range from negative 175—associated with pride—to positive 1,000—representing wisdom. You may find yourself caught in the negative energy spectrum of pride, anger, desire, fear, sadness, apathy, guilt, and shame; or you may be immersed in the positive energy spectrum of courage, composure, initiative, tolerance, wisdom, love, joy, peace, and enlightenment. What we must all realize is that a person brimming with positive energy has the power to influence—and even transform—everything around them. The greatest suffering for a person is when the world and your environment change, yet you yourself remain unchanged.

The Four Lessons of Li Fan 》By Yuan Liaofan of the Ming Dynasty The book “Instructions for Raising Children” expounds the idea that “one’s destiny is shaped by oneself, and blessings are sought through one’s own efforts.” It points out that all fortunes and misfortunes—whether good or bad—are ultimately in our own hands: practicing virtue accumulates blessings, while committing evil invites calamity. The author also shares personal experiences, drawing on the teachings of Confucianism, Buddhism, and Taoism to illustrate this principle from firsthand perspective. The book encourages readers to cultivate goodness, uphold integrity, strive for personal excellence, carefully guard their character, seek blessings through their own efforts, and steer clear of harm and misfortune. , It might offer some small benefit to personal moral cultivation and the improvement of societal ethics and public sentiment. However, merely knowing one’s destiny... Accepting one’s fate passively is both negative and unproductive; whereas the “study of establishing one’s destiny”—constantly striving for self-improvement and transforming one’s fate—is truly beneficial. is positive and beneficial.

One’s destiny is shaped by oneself; blessings are sought by oneself. Misfortune and fortune have no fixed gate—only we ourselves invite them upon ourselves. As long as a person sincerely puts in effort and does more good deeds, there will surely be a response. In this world, every cause has its effect. Determining a person’s wealth, honor, or poverty. Whether happy The primary factor isn't feng shui, nor astrology, nor one’s destiny—but rather a person’s “inner garden”—that is, your thoughts, your character, and your actions. Life is a program; how you write it is exactly how it will run. I hope we can all do what we love, follow the path we choose, listen to our hearts, and go wherever our hearts lead—without asking where east or west may be.
