As soon as the equipment arrived, we immediately carried out We conducted a “full-body scan” to try to uncover the secrets hidden within this massive piece of equipment. However, we didn’t dare to connect it to the power supply on our own, so we had to wait for engineers dispatched by the factory to provide us with training.
Soon, with strong support from the factory, we welcomed two trainers from India. Akash and Cyrus 。
From the initial equipment commissioning to the occasional minor issues, our experienced Akash and Cyrus They are always able to quickly find solutions, which underscores their professional competence and ability to handle situations on the spot.
Over the course of the three-day training, under the guidance of our instructors, we gradually became familiar with the functions and purposes of each component, switch, and button on the test platform.
Mastered the installation and testing methods for breather valves and nitrogen sealing valves, as well as the analysis and troubleshooting of common issues.
At the same time, it happens to coincide with Groth’s customer had a pilot valve requiring repair, so we carefully observed and attentively listened to every inspection detail explained by the technicians. The engineer quickly identified the root cause of the issue, promptly replaced the diaphragm, and the unit subsequently passed all tests.
Over the course of these few days of training, we not only learned how to operate the equipment; we also worked alongside our Indian engineers to identify issues, collaboratively develop solutions, and resolve problems. Through mutual support and trust, we collectively brought this training program to a perfect close.
We are confident that, with the official launch of the testing platform, EK’s service capabilities will be further enhanced, enabling us to deliver even better products and services to more customers. Let’s wait and see!
